    The Event Professionals Network (EPN) is a worldwide network of event professionals dedicated to sharing insights, supporting each other, and collaborating to create exceptional events. Members are invited to join a collaborative Slack group, join monthly meet-ups, collaborate on industry events, and share tips on trade shows, virtual events, vendor recommendations, the latest event trends, swag, and more.

    Lisa Gregory founded both Gregory Event Services, LLC, and the Event Professionals Network. All data processed for business dealings associated with Gregory Event Services, LLC and the Event Professionals Network is subject to this Privacy Policy.

The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Internet.   • Marketing Subscriptions 

    You have the option to manage your marketing communication preferences in regards to both Gregory Event Services, LLC and the Event Professionals Network separately:

    • Gregory Event Services: By providing your email address and subscribing to Gregory Event Services, you consent to receive marketing communications, promotions, company updates, and other relevant information from Gregory Event Services, LLC. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from this mailing list, as described below. 

    • Event Professionals Network: By providing your email address and subscribing to the Event Professionals Network, you consent to receive marketing communications from Gregory Event Services, LLC specific to the Event Professionals Network. Communication may be regarding: (a) events you have registered for as an attendee or interested speaker; (b) interest in joining our Event Professionals Network; or (c) membership in the Event Professionals Network. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from this mailing list, as described below. 

    If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails for either of these subscription types, you can opt out to either at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in the footer of every marketing email we send. Once unsubscribed, we will stop sending you marketing communications as they relate to that subscription type, though you may still receive transactional or service-related emails. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when subscribing to our emails. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is valid and accessible.

    Clients and Other Affiliated Businesses

    Clients and other affiliated businesses who are conducting business with Gregory Event Services, LLC consent to receiving direct, one-to-one communication related to their business dealings, regardless of their marketing subscription preferences.

  • Authorized Customers: 

    Non-Personal Information may be shared with other Authorized Customers who wish to evaluate business dealings with Gregory Event Services, LLC. Your Personally Identifiable Information will only be shared with your prior written consent. 

    Suppliers (Data Processors): 

    Certain Personal Data may be disclosed to our suppliers who help us run our business. Our suppliers may process Personal Data on Our behalf solely in accordance with Our instructions and pursuant to a written agreement. For example, we use suppliers for web-hosting, secure cloud storage, video conferencing, analytics, email delivery, Client relationship management, and other services. We also use suppliers such as social media companies and search engines in order to promote our Services. The suppliers may also process personal data on behalf of Our Clients in accordance with their instructions and pursuant to a written agreement with Us. In such cases, We act as Processor of Our Clients and our suppliers as sub-Processors. We have the right to engage sub-Processors to provide Our Services to Clients. Our Clients have the opportunity to object to Our changes of sub-Processors.

    Affiliated Agencies and Third Party Service Vendors: 

    We may share Non-Personal Information about our Visitors and Authorized Customers, including aggregated demographics, with our affiliated agencies and third party vendors. 

    In addition, some third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services) may directly collect information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers.
